attempto appoints an advisory board with extensive executive board experience for the company’s strategic direction

Munich — attempto GmbH & Co. KG, a consulting firm for business and IT, has established a high-caliber advisory board. It consists of experts with many years of executive board experience across various industries. Dr. Marion Pester, Klemens Große-Vehne, and Franz Baur support attempto with their expertise in an advisory capacity on strategic direction and corporate development.

In a multifaceted environment with complex challenges, attempto has decided to continue relying on dependable continuity and to establish an advisory board. This represents dependable continuity, long-term corporate stability, and innovative exchange.

The advisory board members Dr. Marion Pester, Klemens Große-Vehne, and Franz Baur support the management of attempto with their expertise and provide counsel on strategic questions regarding the company’s direction and development.

Dr. Marion Pester, Zurich, studied business administration at the universities of Frankfurt am Main and Cologne and earned her doctorate at the University of Cologne on a cooperation theory topic. She has 20 years of leadership experience in the cooperative financial group, including six years as a part-time managing director of a consulting firm and nine years as a board member of a Swiss private bank.

Klemens Große-Vehne, currently a partner at GV-Trucknet, joined Dekra eV as an engineer in 1969. In 1984, he assumed responsibility for the board division of Production and Technology. In 1990, he became Chairman of Dekra eV Dresden. Subsequently, in 1995, he took over the chairmanship of Dekra AG — later Dekra Automobil GmbH. In 2003, he moved to Kögel-Fahrzeugverkehr AG as Chairman of the Executive Board. Today, Mr. Große-Vehne serves in an advisory capacity for various companies.

Dipl.-Mathematiker Franz Baur, co-founder and shareholder of OncoLead GmbH & Co. KG, has many years of leadership experience in the banking sector. From 2000 to 2003, he was a member of the executive board of Consorsbank and subsequently served at BNP Paribas until 2009, including two years as Directeur Délégué. He then assumed the executive board of eSolve AG and remains connected to the company in his capacity as a supervisory board member following his move to OncoLead.
