Our core portfolio encompasses custom software development and IT consulting. We design and develop innovative solutions for and with our clients. In addition, we offer IT consulting -- for the introduction, (further) development, maintenance and migration of IT systems. Based on this core portfolio, we offer process models and frameworks for the following areas:

Artificial Intelligence

The use of artificial intelligence offers numerous opportunities for companies, but also brings a variety of challenges. In our attempto Lab, new ideas and applications are constantly emerging. We use these as a source of inspiration to unlock the potential of AI in concrete customer use cases together with our clients.

Process Management

Many business processes can be optimised to increase efficiency and quality while reducing costs. Triggers for a process analysis may include identified weaknesses, regulatory requirements, or the departure of specialist staff. The goal is to reveal improvement potential through process analysis. Efficiency gains can often be achieved through automation or adjusted workflows.

Agile Methods

Agile software development and agile organisational models are now of great importance not only for competitiveness but also for attracting talent. We support our clients with an "Agile Assessment" to evaluate their current agility and advise on the meaningful use of agile methods. In addition, we offer agile coaching and the temporary deployment of agile roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner.

Digital Transformation

The demands on companies regarding digitalisation are continuously increasing. With our approach model, we support our clients in their digital transformation -- from an initial assessment through conceptualisation to implementation.

Modernisation of Legacy Systems

Many companies use outdated technologies, which can lead to significant problems regarding scalability, security requirements, performance, or maintenance. We offer a framework for the migration of legacy applications, starting with application analysis, which we can also transform into new applications using low-code platforms where appropriate.

Testing and Test Automation

Competitive pressure and market demands require short release cycles and continuous testing, for which internal capacities are often unavailable due to the shortage of skilled professionals. We support our clients in introducing or further developing test automation, test management, and provide test teams for manual testing.

Cloud Transformation

Whether greater flexibility or cost savings -- more and more companies appreciate the advantages of the public cloud. We support the evaluation and design of the right cloud strategy as well as software development based on cloud technologies.

Made in Germany

Data sovereignty and regulatory requirements are becoming increasingly important. We advise and support our clients in developing software solutions and migrating to cloud alternatives "Made in Germany" or "Made in Europe" -- independent of US-based providers and infrastructures. We place particular emphasis on compliance, security, and transparent supply chains.

ESG

EU sustainability regulations affect almost all business areas and pose challenges for companies of all sizes. We develop appropriate solutions and support our clients in evaluating service providers against ESG criteria. Furthermore, we are an implementation partner for ESG solutions for sustainability management.

Quality assurance for a newly developed fund system for a bank was carried out by a comprehensive test team comprising a test manager as well as manual and technical testers.

Insurance

To improve portfolio management, a customer system and an internal cloud application for efficient data preparation and analysis were implemented.

OEM

With the newly developed application for managing offboard diagnostics and the integrated workflow system for retrofits and upgrades, processes could be made significantly more efficient and transferred to operations (cloud).

Banking

To increase efficiency in the estate settlement process for B2B and B2C customers, a comprehensive process analysis was conducted and optimisation proposals were identified and evaluated.
