Quality Seal “Top Consultant” for IT Consultancy “attempto”
attempto ranks among the best consultants for the SME sector / Honored by “Top Consultant” mentor Christian Wulff
Munich — Expertly advised: attempto has received the “Top Consultant 2015” award for its qualities as an IT consultancy. “Top Consultant” evaluates the consulting performance of advisory firms in terms of customer satisfaction, performance, and professionalism. The seal, designed to provide SMEs with orientation in the consulting landscape, is being awarded for the sixth time. “The fact that we received the coveted ‘Top Consultant’ award on our very first participation is a tremendous honor,” says attempto founder Franz Berno Breitruck. “This is a great motivation for my employees and me to consistently pursue our philosophy: to develop a tailored solution together with the client that meets their specific needs,” Breitruck continues. As mentor of the consulting comparison, former Federal President Christian Wulff honored the company on June 26 at the Deutscher Mittelstands-Summit in Essen.
Since 2006, attempto has specialized in supporting banks and insurance companies, industry, and the public sector. The extent to which the company succeeds in addressing the specific needs of the SME sector is demonstrated by the prestigious “Top Consultant” seal. The decisive factor for success in this scientifically based benchmarking is a customer-oriented, SME-focused consulting service. This was evaluated by Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink of Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg and Bianka Knoblach. Both lead the Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB) and have been conducting “Top Consultant” for six years.
As part of the analysis, Fink and Knoblach surveyed ten reference clients of each applicant regarding their satisfaction with the respective company and assessed performance and consulting quality. All consulting firms recognized by “Top Consultant” achieved a very good or good result. attempto made it into the ranks of the best as one of only 55 companies awarded across five categories.
In the fast-moving consulting market, attempto has quickly built an excellent reputation in its ten years of existence. Following the “Winner Innovationspreis-IT 2015” award, the current “Top Consultant” recognition represents another important milestone in the company’s history. “This seal is so valuable because it is largely based on positive evaluations by our clients,” explains Breitruck. “This makes it far more tangible, meaningful, and convincing for other SMEs looking for a suitable consultant than, for example, a benchmark based purely on key performance indicators!”
