The nationally unique project “Lehrer in der Wirtschaft” (Teachers in Business) enables high school teachers to exchange their workplace at school for a position in a company for up to 12 months. A win-win for both sides: on the one hand, teachers bring approaches from the education sector into the companies; on the other hand, schools and students benefit from the practical knowledge gained by their teachers.
Starting in September, we are participating in the project for the first time with Ludwig Pichler from the Gymnasium Oberhaching. He will spend six months at attempto and contribute to three different areas:
Our motto “What matters tomorrow? Is created here!” means not only continuous work on innovations for our clients, but also encompasses the promotion of young talent and excellence. For example, every year we award students at Hochschule Pforzheim the “attempto Award for Sustainability and Innovation,” we are partners in the TUM Mentoring Program for female students in STEM fields, and we give talks at schools on the topic of AI.
Through this collaboration, we aim to contribute to the development of skills. We hope to expand our network so that we can provide more students with insights and guidance. Teachers play a crucial role in this endeavor.
We are excited about the opportunity to learn from each other and to deepen and further develop our existing commitment to young, interested people.
