In a year full of challenges, the Denkerrunde with Ranga Yogeshwar and medium-sized enterprises from various industries was a highly valuable event for our Managing Director Berno Breitruck.
The discussions and exchanges focused on working in the SME sector and economic development.
There is great hope that the Mittelstand, with its values and the way it treats its employees, can once again become the engine of job creation in Germany and Europe — as it did after 2008.
In this context, the way people work together plays a crucial role. Due to the changes brought about by the pandemic, employees must not be reduced to “home office task managers,” as the Mittelstand, driven by its values, takes responsibility for the common good.
