At the annual Denkerrunde with Ranga Yogeshwar and Dr. Erny Gillen, Managing Director Berno Breitruck once again exchanged ideas with representatives of other innovative companies about their culture of innovation. The Denkerrunde enables participants to step outside their usual environment, work together on concrete challenges from their companies, and develop new solutions.
A key topic was “corporate values and attitudes” and the question of how the hierarchy of values — and in some cases the values themselves — have shifted due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the new ways of working it brought about. This reassessment of the value hierarchy also affects corporate actions, as values serve as motivators.
In changing times, this becomes evident in actions: values must be lived — toward customers, partners, and above all toward one’s own employees. Are companies always able to motivate their employees and create an atmosphere for sustainable, responsible collaboration? Are we, as a business location in Germany and Europe, willing to collaborate in partnerships within ecosystems and to be a relevant part of global trends?
The intensive exchange with Ranga Yogeshwar and Dr. Erny Gillen (a longstanding professor of ethics) was particularly valuable and enriching for Berno Breitruck.
Numerous new approaches for attempto emerged from the conversations and discussions, which are now being discussed and implemented within attempto and with our partners.
Going forward, attempto continues to rely on personal and technical partnerships in which solutions to the challenges of our time are developed collaboratively and responsibility is taken. Everyone can and should contribute to this — that is what we stand for at attempto, and we are happy to do our part: produkte.attempto.eu
