iCope is the digital tool for stress prevention and mental health. Users receive individually tailored online training that helps them recognize and manage everyday stress and maintain their personal balance.

Developed in cooperation with the Institute of Psychology at the University of Freiburg, iCope is based on scientifically validated methods and has proven effectiveness.
