We are delighted to have been selected by Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke to be featured in his book: a scientifically grounded, practice-oriented management book on innovation management that combines empirical findings from company analyses with case studies and concrete recommendations for action.
Our innovation culture is particularly highlighted as a magnet for talent and the brightest minds. We are proud that our 20-year attempto DNA has now also been scientifically demonstrated to be a key factor in our success.
In their book “Innovation ist kein Zufall. Wie Unternehmen Innovation systematisch gestalten: Erkenntnisse aus 10.000 Unternehmensanalysen”, Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke and Dr. Rudolf Dömötör from the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna) explore the question of how companies can become innovation leaders.
The book is based on more than 10,000 company analyses from the TOP 100 innovation competition, which the authors examined as part of their work at WU Vienna. It also includes more than 40 case studies of innovative companies. Among them is attempto, with a case study entitled “Innovation Culture as a Magnet for Talent: How attempto attracts the brightest minds.”
Since our founding, an innovation culture that extends far beyond traditional training and professional development has been an integral part of attempto. We actively foster innovative thinking within our corporate culture and embed innovation across various areas of the company: the attempto Lab, the attempto Academy, Product Development and Business Development.
Through our podcast, blogs, expert articles and an extensive careers section on our website, we also communicate this culture of innovation externally. This cycle is further supported by our own AI-powered skills management tool, Profilery, as well as our “Netzwerk der Perspektiven.”
This has created a self-reinforcing cycle: Innovation attracts talent, and talented people create innovation.
We are delighted to be part of this book and hope that our approach will inspire other companies and interested readers alike!
