aim Event "Making Decisions and Maintaining Control in an Unstable Environment"

02/05/2023

The attempto Innovations-Manufaktur (aim) regularly hosts an exclusive event under the motto “What Matters Tomorrow – Learning from the Best.” The focus is on current trends and developments, for which leading experts are invited to share their insights with the attempto network.

In mid-April, we had the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Felix Brych (jurist, two-time World Referee of the Year, and international football referee for Bundesliga and UEFA Champions League matches) at attempto with a presentation on the topic “Making Decisions and Maintaining Control in an Unstable Environment.” In certain situations, decisions must be made and enforced despite time pressure or changing circumstances. Dr. Brych explained how decisions, once made, and potential setbacks can be processed. In particular, continuous preparation and mental strength together constitute “strong performances” that lead to success.

He consistently captivated the audience with surprising analogies to the playing field and remarkable situations.

Together with the invited representatives of our partner companies and our network, we sincerely thank Dr. Brych for this inspiring insight and the enriching discussions! We will all strive to integrate what we have learned into our professional activities and are very much looking forward to the next aim events.

Under the motto “What Matters Tomorrow—Learning from the Best,” attempto Innovations-Manufaktur (aim) brings our network together. We’ve already had the pleasure of welcoming these experts to our organization:
